Company Registration

In our emerging economy their is a large need for the quick registration of companies. In the past it was neccessary to use a lawyer or accountant but this could easily become time consuming and expensive. SwiftReg meets the needs of the businessperson who wants to register his/her company by preregistering shelf companies. A shelf company is a registered company with its registration number that is kept dormant until you, the purchaser, choose to buy it.

This means that in a period of fifteen minutes, you are able to walk into our offices and walk out with a registered CC, Pty or Sec 21 company in your name which means that you can start trading immediately.

Each company is registered under a name that we select. We run sequential numbers on those names i.e. Bound for Gold #1 - 150.

There are three methods that you are able to register your company

1. Visiting our Offices
Our office prices are the same as the prices quoted on our website (except for postage). For quick service please all members/directors will need to accompany you (or you can download a Special Power of attorney). Please bring your ID Books with you. We aren't able to take cheques

2. Registering your Company Online
Swiftreg has a product called "Online Company Registrations" where you can complete all your registration Online. Click Here to Start
If you have problems you are welcome to phone our offices at 021 595 4433. All data captured online is immediately available to our office staff. Recommended payment is by means of credit card but you can also pay by bank deposit.

3. Faxing Application forms and Deposit Slip
Download from our Download page all the required information pages
Pay the required amounts into our bank account
Fax the info sheets, SPOA documents and your deposit slip to us at 021 595 3355

Please Read the following Carefully!!

In the interest of fraud prevention all shelf companies sold by SwiftReg CC may be DEREGISTERED after ONE year if the amendments have not been processed. Any costs incurred to restore such a company will be solely for the clients account.

The same applies for deregistrations initiated by CIPRO due to annual returns. Clients are advised to consult a qualified accountant for tax and accounting advice.

Clients are also encouraged to appoint an accountant of their choice within 7 days of purchasing a company from SwiftReg to assist with their accounting needs and SARS registrations.

SwiftReg CC, its Staff and Agents cannot be held liable for the following:
· Delays by CIPRO.
· Clerical errors, such as spelling and incorrect addresses made by CIPRO.
· Proposed names not approved by CIPRO
· Loss of mail by the South African Post Office.
· Any damages or losses incurred by the clients resulting from the sale of our companies.
· Reproducing documents lost by clients.
