The Process
Immediately after the company is registered, or if you are only purchasing the Affidavit, you will be sending a link to proceed with the BEE. An Affidavit will be created for you to print. You will need to sign the document in the presence of a Commissioner of Oaths/Police department
Things you need to know
Companies with a turnover of less than 10 Million Rand per annum can only receive an Affidavit. The Department of Trade and Industry have updated these requirements to make the tender process easier for the smaller/startup companies. If the turnover is more than 10 Million per annum the company is required to have a BEE certificate. We do not offer this service.
