Refund Policy


  1. If no work has yet commenced, an admin fee of R100 will apply.
  2. No refunds will be due under the following circumstances;
    1. Without proof of payment and the invoice
    2. 90 days after the invoice date
    3. Cancellations after the name application is submitted to CIPC
    4. If the company names are rejected, we will deduct the cost of the name application.
    5. For ALL SARS services - if the registration has been submitted and the client intervenes
    6. The registration is delayed owing to circumstances beyond our control - such as a company or client being non-compliant for tax, expired/invalid ID documents, requested documents not provided in the required timeframe
